even though i did improve on my T1 time trial
but i feel there is still so much room for improvement
i did not really focus on my both time trial because of...
my k1 time trial is lyk a chui
i'm lyk paddling all the way while laughing at myself
the moment when i trying to tap back the water i keep smiling cause i juz cant keep my balance laughing at myself the way i paddling and the way i'm trying to get my balance.
okays time to pull up my socks to get my balance on k1.

this past few days have been raining and raining,i like
i need to rmb to put an ella in my bag always forget abt it
i find that the guys are so gay they always have ella in their bag,the girls dun even have it haha

everything start off great on friday
finally a day out with miss cute had shoppin first
den went to eat dinner aft that wanted to go either kbox or partyworld
but in the end it's too exp
so we decided to catch a movie instead
we went to watch when in rome it's a nice and funny movie

before we head to movie we went to shop for awhile in supermarket

this morning everthing goes great
luckily i chose swimming and not running
swimming was totally great!
i love the feel when i'm in the water
i was so happy that i sang under the sea song to ee wern
coz she was damn low she keep repeating i hate swimming
aft swimming things doesn't go well
gym and paddling was totaly chui-ness
the weights i carry seems so heavy to me
ee wern was so unhappy and tired while paddling

Today taught the kids Sunday school
The kids are juz so so cute. When you ask them a question the way they reply you is way too ardorable.
During the lesson, suddenly lirong told me eh I smell poo poo smell I think the kid need to go toilet
And I was huh really ah I dun smell it haha
Taught the kids how to share, had activity lyk jam their bread and share with one another
Aft sunday school chiong to take bus and den this three little European girls and their parent took the bus too
The three kids sat beside me and den suddenly one of the girl offer me her flowers which she is holding, I was shock she look super cute and pretty haha omg
Went to work aft that, during the night time I was chatting with the china girl and den we start to talk about chicken and den we were hungry so we decided to go down to cold storage and buy the whole chicken, it’s only $4.50 coz it’s 8 plus alrd so cheap la omg . it’s still hot and yummy :D

i am happy today! finally i get to buy my cap and water bottle
i was glad that in the end i chose orange red coz it's a nice colour,i think if on that moment i really went to buy the yellow cap i will start to regret

the stastic part make me feel lyk playing amazing race running here and there

the feeling of shopping is great,awesome!
last min did a shopping for cny clothes
suppose to go to one of the supplier blogshop
but in the end we were lost
keep changing bus, i hate bus ride
so in the end we were we decided to go bugis since the bus is on the way to there
i brought a navy blue bag and dress haha
i dunno why i will buy as i nv once lyk blue before but on that moment the navy blue juz caught my eyes and i sort of like it :D

what a great day i have for today
firstly FA lesson was the best,play monoploy which is a game where i always wanted to play again.
Before playing the game I was still telling yyb I hope ltr you will end up in jail and I will go visit you
When the game start my first throw make me land on chance and aft picking up the card it say go straight to jail the moment I see it I was -.-
Siannnn and stupid yyb start laughing and even post on fb. Idiot
lesson was damn slack. i like
den aft that study for lyk 15 min den went to some talk den head to astons
suppose to be having a date but in the ended up in groups haha
but nvm there's still plenty of time to meet :)

aft the wonderful dinner went to splash park HAHA
remind me of my childhood running around crazily shouting loudly

I wanna say I love running with my MP3
Fall in love with running when my MP3 is with me
Cant imagine going back to training running without my mp3
I think I will hate running again coz it cant listen to songs while running
Listening to music while running really make me feel less tired plus I think it did kind of increase my endurance

Guess now running is my medicine, juz feel like keep on running and running

Actually I prefer today marketing faci rather than the pervious one
Even though he is sometimes rude and I know he grade people badly but I kind of prefer him

most of the time i was talking to the brand beside me that china girl haha
at first it was normal chatting den aft that i dunno why i feel curious abt their china lifestyle so i start to ask her alot of question

How wonderful their noodles taste over there
which make me so feel like trying it
Aft that I saw one customer drinking starbucks so I ask her did you ever try before starbucks coffee,she answer me no.
She say in china starbucks isn’t that popular coz not much china ppl drink coffee
Then I told her one day you should really go try their coffee its marvellous awesome but she don’t understand the meaning of those word so I think of some simple description and I don’t know how this phrase suddenly pop out frm me
I told her in Chinese drinking starbucks coffee make you feel like you are in heaven

it seems weird since when i love running
i know i hate running especially during training time
but i have been running continuously for two days
today aft my aftnoon nap i juz got up and went for a run
i wonder since when i'm so hardworking
even aft my aftnoon nap i will go for a jog

hai while i was running, mind was so free that i dunno why it juz make me think of you, the feeling sucks alot

today is a wonderful day
early in the morning it rain heavily so decided to go late for sch
went to meet yyb brought mac breakfast den go to sch
when i reach the class everybody have alot of ??? in their head as alot of them dunno how to do
during second break me yyb and karen went to print our project thingy
when we went back to class all my groupmate went home
so my group left me yyb and karen, it was 1 alrd and we dun hav ppt
so we try to rush out a ppt but we dunno how to do
so we zhao for class hahaa. late plus a zhao (Y) hahaa
den we went to library and we went to a room to do our project
the good part of it is there is only the three of us inside the room
we blast our music, shouting to each other, laughing at our sillyness
it was totally fun make we laugh and laugh
den me and karen was hungry and we went to try out the library cafe pasta
it not bad nice hahaa
den we went back chiong our project
all thoses materials we buy is so costly argh!
aft that went back home
when i reach home mum say she is goin down for a run
and i told her wait for me i wan go too
so both of us went to canbrra park and run :)
mummy run 3 rounds den she went to play basketball with a small boy who she know
den i join her hahaa mummy is so cute love her lots :D
and i run a totally of 10 rounds which is equal to 3km woohoo
and the research is really true when u are listening to music while running it will distract you from fatigue.
now i'm thinking whether tmr should i go for a run again.hmmm..

i enjoy this past two days tons (no sch, no rj = shuai-ness haha)
so relaxing so free. i think i did miss my free days alot
this morning went for my appoinment doc say i can start exercise aft two weeks
den i reply ''huh?! sure a not so fast jiu can exercise le ah" hahaa
den doc reply''yup or u want one month?''
and i reply ''eh nvm i think 3 weeks can le haha''
i hope coach will allow me to have self-running rather than joing the guys for training haha

and it was so true coz i experience it today, totally not my day
starting was paddling nxt second yelling in pain nxt second went to hospital and the other second was in the operation room
the numbness injection was the best
super pain but the numbness feel was great coz i cant feel any pain
how i wish during that moment i got the numbness feel in my heart so i cant feel ath
but when i think twice i dun wan it,coz the injection is super pain
but anyway i think there isnt a need for me to feel numbness,coz i'm alright now
i'm so scare the numbness will go off then i can feel the pain le
gosh!

woohooo this morning got canoe marthon 14km

wa tired lyk siao haha, paddle like there is no tmr

i was a really nice experience, mentally and phsically

capsize like siao the wave there are really big

piss off with the stupid recuser speed boat

so stupid so many ppl capsize yet they juz slack at the boat did not notice ppl capsizing.there was once when i capsize the stupid boat juz ignore us when i was shouting for them to help us argh!

wonder how other school train at there

and actually i totally have no idea where to paddle and all these for the race

me and ee wern juz follow the crowd hahaa

the cheer from you shock me, nearly drop my boat when i hear your voice hahaa

luckily today i was not late for water trainin
i feel contented with today paddling :)
feel more stable
i can feel that both of us really improve alot from balancing and paddling
at first frm juz keep capsizing at the pontoon,watching other people start paddling but we juz keep capsizing it's kind of demoralised but now we can balance and paddle it juz feel great :)

ytd did not hav lesson as i help out the rp open hus
i was in charge of the games booth outside sch which mean no air-con
however it was damn fun we got open area and we play volleyball
at first there's not much people coming to the game station
so we juz went around play other ppl booth games and get the stamp
den we can have lucky draw and get free gifts
the whole day was sort of lyk entertaining ourself
running around the sch collecting 11 bagdes of diff course sch :D

yea today is 1st of jan and here i'm blogging
this few days have been constantly blogging haha
ytd countdown with canoe mates it was wonderful
we seems lyk a family having steamboat shouting to one other really loud even though we are juz right oppsite each other hahaa

when i lay down at the court looking up at the sky den a slience cry started
a cry at the starting of the year

okays let's say goodbye to 2009
2009 is a year where alot of things happen good and bad
things that are hard to forget, up and downs
did not regret entering rp, afterall i think rp system really suit me
and after entering rp glad that i join canoe
canoe make my life go wild,crazy,plain
i still rmb when we juz started our canoe trainin it's lyk crazy
seniors shouting at us scolding us keep giving us to do push up
and i rmb during one of the trainin i think we really did 300 plus push up
run like there is no tmr

argh so tired
it was fun today padddling
me and ee wern sort of can balance in stinyray boat woohoo
starting we did the first few rounds we were lyk totally stress
we did not speak a word juz trying hard,focusing hard to get our balance
aft a few rounds we have our balance den ee wern start to play le
as usual she start to sing those old songs trying to make me laugh
an i keep on telling her 'fan' learn frm zi jian her line haha
overall we did 11 rounds.so we own 35o push up,squats,push up :(
today i clear off 100 of it.so tmr i still need to do 25o more :(

today went to sch at 10 to pack the goodie bag for rp open hus
it was fun i enjoy alot
starting i was in charge of packing reader digest into the goodie bag
den i feel that other station are very slow in packing
so the whole session i was walking around helping different station
we pack a total of 2000 plus goodie bag within two hour plus cool haha
and i did kope a few things haha some swensens voucher and reader digest
i rmb last time in sec sch days i love reading reader digest haha

den aft that we went to play bball.woohoo fun
and den we had trainin
luckily it start to rain so we did not run 6km but we run 40 min in sch
i think it is all about mindset and determination
i'm able to run 40 min around the sch without stoping
but sometimes when i run 6km i will stop and walk
i was told that nxt time when i speak up i need to sound firm
rahh hate all these.no more slacking coz ppl will slowly look up to you as an example plus attendance muz be good so many stuffs
argh!
woohoo i got stingray boat for mahraton
but we cant really balance on stingray

thank god that i'm able to go for this slient retreat camp
it was a wonderful experience
before going to this camp i still imagine that the camp will be very boring
as they will be no games throughout the camp
but however it is a very refreshing camp
which really make me did a lot of reflection on my actions my thoughts
for the first session of reflection i really took the one full hour to do my reflection
aft that one hour i was quite clear what i need to do
ya and aft that problem is solve
the other times of my reflection i did not need to use the whole hour given for reflection
ya i still got a lot of times to do aftnoon nap hahaa
and for the first day me and winson still hit the gym woohoo
i dunno why but i love hitting the gym
ya den during the second day we had call in mac
it came in abt nearly around 2 am.
it's been so long ever since i had a late night supper
den we all watch tv till 3 am den slp
and i dunno why the resort lobby place got a lot of those royal looking chair

shoulders pain, leg pain, neck pain,
today water trainin feels more lyk swimming lesson
countless of capsize
now my legs have a lot of blue black because of emptying water and capsize :(

while i was capsizing someone motivated me by telling me that story

it's a combination of brown and red
it's cool :D
and it's damn worth it 45 bucks only
as normally for long hair highlight is at least a 60 bucks

and i guess miss cute doesn't noe that while she was high-lighting her hair

so this tell us when you dislike a faci, that subject of your result will be damn chui
